By using privateschoolfunding.com, our Edu Funding guide sites, or the Private School Financial Aid Finder app for ChatGPT (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

Educational information, not advice

The Service summarizes education savings accounts, vouchers, tax-credit scholarships, school-based financial aid and related programs so families can see what may be available to them. Award amounts, eligibility rules, deadlines and funding levels change every school year and some programs are capped, phased in or subject to litigation. Confirm every figure with the program administrator or school before making an enrollment or financial decision. Nothing on the Service is legal, tax or financial advice.

Independent resource

Private School Funding is an independent, privately operated resource. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any state department of education, scholarship-funding organization or school unless we say so.

Referrals and partners

When you submit a request we may refer it to schools, scholarship organizations, funding programs or consultants we work with, some of whom compensate us for referrals. We do not guarantee that any program will accept you, that any school will admit your child, or that any particular amount of aid will be awarded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, to scrape or copy the Service's content for a competing product, or to interfere with its operation. You may link to our pages.

Intellectual property

The text, design and images of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Program names belong to their respective state agencies and organizations.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information.
